1975 250 GP MX Season?

What the heck happened to Moiseev and the Ruskies in the 1975 250GP MX season?  

Was there a Russian conflict somewhere that I've forgotten about and the boys ahd to be called home?  Moiseev only scored points in 5 out of twelve GP's.  Out of ten motos he had one 2nd, two 4th's, two 6th's, one 8th, one 15th and didn't score points in three motos. World Champ in 74 (I think he finished 2nd in 76), 77 and 78, but 12th in 1975?

Anyone know happened?

I guess I was a little hard on the G man.  I was looking at the points scored not the finishing order.  He had one 1st, one 4th, two 5th's, two 7th's and one 9th. [:I]
