Penton Tank Help Needed

Will tanks with either of these types bottom slots fit the High Breather frames?  The slot on the blue one looks like the watermelon tank that I just took off my 75 KTM, but the red one's slot has the exact shape of the frame's "breather" backbone.  Thanks for any help!

The blue tank will fit the frame breather frames until the MC/GS frames came about.

The red tank, looks like a MC tank and I know for sure that it won't fit the GS versions. And I don't think it will fit the earlier frame breather frames.

I cant remember if the red one will fit but if it does you would have to run the rubber plug out from under the seat to give it enough air I would think.
