I too am restoring my 72 6-day.  If you go to the message board and do a search for petcocks an alternate is from Bevel world?  its about the 3rd message.

Hi Guys,

Doesn't Al Buehner sell complete petcocks for $35? I ordered some a couple of years ago and they are close to original, if not original.
