Not sure if you found a fork tube yet, but I was just looking for some other stuff at DomiRacer and came across the following;

The part number they have listed is their internal one so I know that isin't much help, but you may want to give them a call and see if they have what you are looking for.  Their website is //www.domiracer.com . I have bought lots of vintage stuff from them over the years and they are great to deal with.
