DH reed valve parts source

[?] Hello  Recently bought a 125 1251 Sachs top end with a very nicely installed DH reed valve setup.It was for a honda 250. would like to freshen up with new reeds and gaskets.Any idea where I might be able to find these? Thanks for any help.  Gene Shatrowsky

Gene - I sourced replacement reeds for the Pen/KTM 73-77 GEM and also for a DH reed on a '72 Husky from Boyeson. If you take out the old reed and put it on a copier, hit copy with setting dark enough to see the outline/dimensions/screw holes and then fax it to their salesguys they will match it and set you up. They seem to have every size ever made.

Not likely the gasket will be off the shelf. You can cut one custom from auto parts store material. Or go with no gasket, use Yamabond on both faces and cinch it down. Have never had a problem with that route.
