Donny's Apology

To all POG members:

First and foremost: I apologize to everyone for displaying this bike as an original mettco penton. I did so based on information and belief. I have actively searched for this rare bike for 6 yrs, and even ran an ad in cycle news last July looking for one. So when I saw Donnys, I thought I had found it. He represented it as such, which has placed us both in this unfortunate position. That being said, I explained my position to Donny on this issue, and it has been tenatively resolved. I accept and appreciate his apology, and hope you will accept mine for this misleading display. 15 years as a Police Officer and I never compromised my integrity. And I'm not about to start now, regardless of the cost and/or embarrassment. I still look foreward to meeting all of you at VMD East..
