Oops, No More Kick Starter Bolt

My kick starter bolt decided to seperate itself from the engine on my 125B engine.  Is there anyway to repair this without splitting the cases?

Hello Chuck,  Are you referring to the "kick starter stop screw", the screw with the odd-shaped head on it which almost looks like an oil drain plug?   Has the screw simply backed out, or are there damaged threads in the engine case?  Joe

If it is the stop screw, the spring should still be captive in the left case, if assembled properly, and also captive in the ratchet assembly on the starter shaft.  With luck, you can rotate the kickstarter clockwise from the right side about one plus complete rotation and reinstall the stop screw while holding the starter. Release the KS slowly and see if it catches, then try the cycle to check it out!  Good luck and CIAO  If this doesn't work after a try or so, or the spring got loose, get ready to split the cases.
