The engine is off to Chicago Jerry and the frame going to powdercoat. Here are some results of the recent elbow grease spent on some of the parts.  The hubs polished up reasonably well based on the amount of pitting and corrosion.  Some minor dark spots but they look great in full sun.  The new Radaelli and galvanized spokes came from Walridge Friday and were laced on over the weekend.  Just need a little more work getting them straight and round.  The spokes could have used just a little more "bend".  The inside-out was not much of a problem but the outside-in took a little more work bending them with some pliers.  Total on the rims and spokes $322.54 Canadian.

All pretty and new, you do it right Dale.
Beware of doing a lot of jumping though.

Lace the spokes up and tap them (outers)with a dead blow hammer where they cross over the hub, it will bend them easier and faster.  keep tightening them up and hitting them with the dead blow and they will line up perfect!;)

Great Bob, now you got me going with your post on the Monark spokes.  Front wheel (first done) outside spokes correct, rear wheel outside spokes opposite [V][V]

Laced the third wheel this afternoon, now the spokes run the same direction :):)
