Pitted/Corroded fork sliders/tubes

This is one I never have thought about before.   Is it possible to replate the chrome on a fork tube if it is badly pitted or corroded?   If so - anyone have a name to contact to have this done?

Well.. I used the "search" tab - found several threads related to replating the tubes...... I should have known that this topic had already been addressed and the answer was already there.   As Mr. Know-It-All of DB mag fame would have pointed out.  I should have already known.
