Did penton ever have a solid rear wheel. Meaning no ruber gromits. And would like to paint the fram. What coler would they call that. Or where can i get it. Thank you   Paul

Yes Penton 1974 had no rubber spacers. I use duplicolor silver.Any auto store.Later Gary
