Try a search on posting pictures or...
Establish an account with an online host such as Photobucket.  Download your picture(s) to the host.
Then do a copy and paste to your POG post.

Been having computor problems. I have a photobucket account & still having trouble. Same with Craigs list. Buddy of mine messed with it & made a shortcut to the net using 64 bits. At least I can post pics on Craigs now but not anywhere else. Maybe I could email you with the pic & you can post it for me.
