Center stands - Identification

Hello,

I need help identifying this center stand. I hope the pictures post. Demintions from the center of the mounting bolt hole to the bottom of the stand is 15 3/8 inches. The outside width at the top is 9 5/8 inches. Inside with between the pivot point is 8 1/8 inches.
This centerstand does not look like the Penton / KTM stands I have seen before, it may not even be a Penton / KTM stand.

It is a 1988 KTM GS -- funny there is a full 250 on ebay right now.
