74.5 Mint 400 Basket (95% of parts)

I have a 74.5 Mint 400 that I'm looking to sell.  I don't see myself having enough time to get to it in the next year or two so I'd like to see it go to someone else that can make it whole. I have most everything with the exception of fenders, bars, wheels, rear shocks, and brakes.  I have frame, forks, seat, motor, pegs, tank(s), GS pipe, swing arm, plus many more parts and duplicates of others.

I'm not interested in parting the bike out, just getting it to someone who will build it out.  I have $1300 invested.  Make me and offer as to what it's worth to you. I'm located in Jacksonville, FL

No body has any interest in building a 400 or is it just everyone affected by the same tough market that is keeping me from building this 400? : )
