This is my first attempt at editing helmet camera and camcorder footage together. Some of my cuts are not that great, and there was a section of the track I was too lazy to get camcorder shots of, but I think it turned out pretty well. I plan to do more at other tracks and call it my "One Lap" series. '74.5 Mint-Piner, hope you like it.

Thanks, they will get better as I learn how to use the editing program better.

Brian, nice work!

I see a future for you as the official AHRMA videographer when your riding days are over......

But, boy that sure is a rough looking mx track. Doesn't appear to be much fun at all. Reminds me of the hard red clay Alabama roads I learned to ride my S90 on when I was in Junior High.

Thanks Clark.

The track is a dedicated vintage track, and its actually pretty sandy in most spots, but there are a few hard spots too. The camera does not show it, but a couple of those corners are VERY off camber, you can tell because you can hear me tip-toeing through the corners before I pull the trigger on that 400.

I am going to go back again with the '79 Maico and do the "National" track at the same facility, and a bunch of other tracks around the SE.

Couldn't help but think how the track would be with some Ohio River bottom loam in the coners, a little rain and a bit of disc work.  I guess that's what seperates our tracks from golf courses. :)
