WTB a 'Steel Tanker' Project Bike

I've always wanted to restore a 'Steel Tank' Penton so this year I've decided to make it happen...  

I recently watched a very nice '71 Six-Days sell for $1,935 on eBay so I'm hoping to find an 'economically viable' Berkshire, Six-Days or Jackpiner project for much less $$.

Completeness of the bike is desired more so than a low VIN or aesthetics...oh and a title would be nice too but not a deal breaker.  

I can take delivery of the bike at the upcoming VMD in Mid-Ohio or in advance if you're not too far from Charlotte, NC.   A deposit through PayPal is no problem with payment in full at the time of delivery.

Any assistance from a fellow POG member would be greatly appreciated...
