Good news! about getting a bike titled.

This posting is a follow up on getting a bike titled and who to trust.
A while ago I inquired if it was possible to get a bike titled when all you have is a hand written bill of sales. I am happy to report that I used Moto Recycle with success! It isn't cheap but they did everything promised and I received a Vermont plate and a receipt of ownership that the state of Pennsylvania accepted as proof of ownership and I now am the proud owner of a 1974 Penton 250 Harescrambler with a PA title and an antique PA plate.
