I'm building up a set of Ceriani forks for a '74/75 Penton 250, and I'm in  need of a steering head stem. There were a bunch of loose parts in a collection of Penton stuff that my younger brother had, and there was a stem in the mix, but it's too small for the bottom clamp, and I don't think it's long enough. I do believe I have everything else and Al Beuhner has helped me fill in some blanks, This is for a set of taper top forks, if that makes a difference. This is for a rider, and not a museum piece, so one that may need cleaning up or some sort of work will be sufficient.
  Thanks a lot in advance,
