Something missing???

Hi, should there be two bolts or three to retain the right hand side panel on a 74 Hare Scrambler? I don't appear to have anything to bolt to at the bottom towards the rear of the bike. Should there be a bracket the goes from the exhaust mount to the side panel?

There are 3 attach points for the right side panel. There is one small tab welded on the frame above the exhaust for a 4mm fastener and clipnut. There are 2 tabs welded to the frame for the lower attach points which use 6mm fasteners. The lower rear mount on that bike is made as part of the exhaust mount and the side panel attach tab extends down the frame tube approx 3-4" below the exhaust rubber cushion. The lower rear attach point uses a long 6mm bolt with a spacer to keep the panel away from the exhaust. I can take pictures of my bike if you would like to see what it looks like.
