JP Movie Screening - Brighton, Mi. - Update.

Although it is not the date I requested Gathr somehow managed to get a screening of the John Penton Movie arranged with an out of network theater in Brighton, Michigan.  So, with that said the campaign begins to fill the seats and join me on Tuesday June 24th at 7:30 p.m.  A captains page has been established to begin reserving tickets.  Tickets are $10 and the quota is to fill 50 seats.  []

43 Ticket reservations still needed to make this theater viewing possible.
 
I'll be visiting the local cycle shops soon to see if I can post the information and asking for the opportunity to occupy a Saturday parking space to display some classic Penton Sportscycles.

Note:  I have updated the artwork in the previous post.

The GATHR process begins with registration.

You pick the movie, request the theater, time, and date.
All communication with GATHR is done via email and is excellent.  My original request was for a Friday or Saturday night.  This may have been a little unrealistic since it is prime time.  The theater I selected was out of the normal network.

Hi Dale,
Thanks for your reply! We'll continue to process your screening request.
Because your preferred theater is outside of our network, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to confirm your screening there. Based on availability, your screening may be scheduled for an alternate theater. This should take us about 2 weeks.
We may reach out to you if we require additional information, so be sure to check your emails regularly (including your junk mailbox, just in case). As soon as you are set up with a screening page, we'll send you a link where you and your guests can start reserving tickets.

Congratulations on getting your "green light".
After viewing the movie last night, this is a movie that you do not want to miss seeing in a theater. Everyone in the Brighton area has one shot (one night) at seeing this movie. Tell your friends and family about it and encourage them to buy an advance ticket on line. This theater should and will sell out.
