Almost completed restoration. Need tail light? Any suggestions?

I have found them on Ebay under "Moped Taillight"  NOS !

If you want it to be correct it does depend on whether you are using a Petty IT fender, a Falk fender, or a newer style GS fender. Three different lights.  If you google 77 GS6 youll see the differences.
