SHOCK SHAFT RE-THREADING

Does anybody have the knowledge and proper tooling to cut and Re-thread a pair of Works Performance Shock Shafts ends to proper,threads and length, never had to have this done before. Any help would be great. Could a basic machine shop work to rethread shafts thx....OR could I cut shafts my self and use a basic die to cut threads on shaft thx.
