'70's 6 day 125 basket case

My family has had this bike for 25+ years. Motor is in boxes. Carb. is apart but all there. Frame rolls and brakes. Missing over the years are: gas tank, exhaust, saddle bag, lights, front fender, and other misc. parts.
I couldn't scrap it 'cause somebody out there
must need these parts. What's it worth (be honest)? I also have original hardcover service manual. Frame # V5883. I am considering putting the whole works on ebay.
