36mm mikuni set up

Can anyone give me some details of how to set up a VM36 mikuni on a 74 250 Hare Scrambler?
Throttle valve (slide) size, needle jet, needle, main and pilot jets.

Running a new "off the shelf" carb - bike starts and runs okay with plenty of top end power but bogs down at every possible opportunity which makes going round corners a bit of a chore!
