mikuni for 6 day

I've seen pics of 71-72 6 day 125's with mikuni's adapted to them.I would like to try one on one of mine,any info available

The 26-28mm body size is the easiest to fit, the 30-34mm is a much larger body, it can be fit but takes much more work. The 26mm is the most commonly available, the 28 is not longer in production but can be found on eBay, usually from snowmobile suppliers.

Thank's Brian,I will look into that and see what I can find.I might have one off my brother's 74 125 elsinore in the garage attic that  might work

The stock Honda carb was a Keihin, which might also work but it is the same body size as the Mikuni 30-34mm.

Keihin is a good carb but you will not find the variety if any variety of needles/needle jets you can with Mikuni.  Stick with Bing or Mikuni.
