Penton 1973 125 Rear Wheel

I have a friend who wants to replace his rear wheel, it is getting to old and dilapidated.  The chrome is pealing off and rust is showing and the spokes are probably rusted.  He needs a rim and spokes in good condition.  The rest of the parts he can probably clean up to look and operate in fine condition.

Let me know if anyone has these parts that they will sell. Thank you.
