Need help with a Bing carb

Just finished a minor rebuild and am trying to start the bike. Cleaned the carb. And it's not getting fuel . Will start if I add fuel. Can someone tell me where this hose goes ?
 The one that is to the right of the idle adjustmemt screw.

The large yellowish hose that runs to the top of the oil fill cap is a vent for the transmission case and should be run up underneath the gas tank and allowed to vent where it will not attract dust and dirt into the transmission. The smaller clear hose attached to the carburetor is a vent hose, and should run downward to allow any collected fuel to exit. On the actual fuel line it is recommended to install an inline filter between the petcock and the carburetor. Chances are unless the floats are upside down, that the needle valve is sticking or needs to be readjusted to allow fuel into the carburetor Bowl. Try tapping on the float Bowl first easily with a small hammer, and if it still doesn't allow gas into the carburetor chances are you'll have to take it apart again and adjust the floats. Mike
