Does anyone know if Hi Point jackets were sold with a High Point patch on upper left pocket. This is a four pocket jacket with belt that is similar to a Belstaff design.

Yes, there is a round Hipoint patch on the upper portion of the left pocket. Four pockets and a belt are all correct.
