Early Rolling chassis for sale!

I have a complete Penton roller for sale to the highest bidder! Its is a "Penton Six Day 125cc" with frame #20253120. There is no motor or pipe. My uncle has been storing it in a barn for the better part of its life, for the last 22 years, so it has some surface rust on the frame but the seat and tank are in great shape. The wheels are straight and ding free. I'm asking $300 for the complete roller and I have a blasting booth so if you like I can strip the rusty parts for an additional $100.  I don't want to part this out as I have about 12 other project bikes in my one car garage and I need to clear out some room. I live in Denver, Colorado so I can deliver or meet someone half way within reasonable distance.

I might be interested in your Penton roller.  I have a semi-complete bike, but need a few remaining parts.  If your bike has an airbox and cover, footpegs, and chain guard, along with the decent seat and tank you mention, let's talk.
