Stripped bolt head tool

Is there a tool to put on a 1/2" or 3/8" ratchet to remove stripped bolt heads?  The bolt head is pretty big; should take a 3/4" wrench. Any thoughts?

With the way most vintage dirt bikes use nuts threaded onto studs to hold the head to the cylinder, Keep some 6 pint sockets in your tool box, both standard and metric. there is usually some resemblance of the flats of the nut left where you can try different 6 point sockets to find one that needs to be tapped into place to seat it. It will usually grip good enough to break it loose. Make sure you have replacements then throw the old ones far away! When working on things ingenral I always use 6 point sockets, especially when taking something apart that is stubborn. That keeps the abuse to the hex head fasteners to a minimum.
