Does anyone know how to calculate what a change in rear tire height will have on a running gearing ratio?  I am looking at a tire that is about an 1" taller than what I have and would like to know how to compensate my sprocket gearing to equal what I currently have. Thoughts, comments?

Thanks Mike! I ended up doing it the old fashion way; trial and error.  Ends up, it didn't have as big of a change as I expected. Thanks again for offering to help.
