Hi Y'all
I'm still looking for the Koba shift kit from the early 70s.  Surely someone remembers them.  I would like to buy one even if it is used and sort of mangled.  Let me know.
Thanks
Okie

Okie,   The only thing I remember about a Koba (or whatever)shift kit is they were a waste of money.

deek

I had a shift kit in a 72 DKW. Got it from
Precision Cycle (E. C. Birt), Lawndale Ca.
Not remembering the name of the kit (Koba, Kobe), it was fantastic. I still have some selector keys (they were machined at an angle on the ends, and each side),but no other parts. I'm thinking that the selector shaft was also machined, just to round off the lobes. Seems that made a postive shift, when the detents fell into the grooves.
