Help - '74 400 Enduro info

Hi, could anyone help me with some basic service info for this bike:
-correct ignition timing (2,5mm BTDC?
-gearbox oil grade and quantity
-primary chaincase oil grade and quantity.
(I've ordered a manual but shipping to the UK is slow and the first race is looming!) Thanks in advance.

Set timing at 2.4mm before top dead center(BTDC.  

The gearbox and clutch oil are the same system and we use Spectro 80wt gearoil though back in "The Day" used Automatic Transmission Fluid(ATF) and changed it every race.  Use 1 to 1.5 quarts.  If you take the clutch sidecase off and then fill for sure the 1.5.  

Good Luck at the races!  Short shift that 400 motor and it is real tractible and still wails around a track.
