Anyone know how to remove the tickler assembly from the carb body on the Bing?

You have to grind off the dimple on the bottom of the tickler rod, and flare it out again when replacing.

I've got three old Bings that I'm trying to make into one usable one. So I'm trying to get parts off of one that has a good tickler knob and put it on one that is ok except for the tickler that is sheared off on the top. I've tried to find a replacement for the original carb but can't find a complete one that matches number 2/36/102A.
