engine cases

Can anyone tell me if 250 mc5 cases will work
for a 400. My fins on the bottm are cracking
from abuse over the years and I am in need of
some cases. Is there a skid plate available for the 400. I see there are no mounts for one like there is on the 74s.

No the 400 has bigger transfers. The fins on the bottom of the engine dont do that much. I wouldnt worry about it to much. I have a solid alum skid plate from a mc-5.
