parts from Italy

Awhile back there was some talk of the gentelman from Italy who has Penton parts. Does he really have all the parts Ive heard about? Does he know english, I thought I heard he does not. If not how do you deal with him?

I e-mailed him and did receive a price list about 2 years ago. I then e-mailed my order to him and gave my little(500.00 limit just to be safe) Credit Card data to him. I never received anything, but I also never got charged anything either. I just sold some parts to a Paolo in Italy and asked him about the guy. I was then informed that the guy only has a few parts left (ex KTM employee?) and does NOT speak or understand any english at all. Paolo did indicate to me that if there was something I really needed he would conduct the business for me as a favor, it I would someday return the favor.
