My personal friend and extremely knowledgable dude, Eric Johnson in California, US has finally started a business restoring vintage and evolution bikes. I know him well and have tons of pictures of the work he has done recent years. I think that anyone sending his stuff over to him could expect both attention to details, fast turnaround and craftmanship of the highest level. He's also one of the nicest persons I have had the fortune to run in to.
