Brian Taylor - Alouete

Brian,

I went by the Museum this weekend and took a couple pictures of the Alouete motorcycle.  Boy, the motorcycle has more than a couple of Penton/KTM similarities, chain guard, footpegs, heatshield, and exhaust. According Brian Slark the employee in charge of restorations,  Aloeuete purchased forks, wheels, engine and minor controls from outside sources.  The frames were in house made by Alouete in Montreal in the town of Sherbon (sp). Brian S. got the above info from a former Can Am employee.  Brian Slark was very helpful, if you want I can give you his phone number and maybe he will give you the name and number of the Can Am employee.
