'73 250 KTM/Penton for sale

A guy named Brian in MN has a '73 250 mostly all there, in what looks like a '74 frame, missing carb, number plates, pipe, controls and seat. He's not a POG member, but was to try to get info on here and post it. Wants best offer, will sell for much less than parts would bring but would like someone to try to make it a runner again...never met the guy, seemed nice, I'm geographically impaired.
