Bike Identification

Hi folks i wonder if somebody might be able to help me identify what year and make frames i have or send me to the right source? I think one is a dkw #25417000816 and one is a sachs #59399081335 i believe they are 69 era. Also i was wondering (if infact both are 1969 bikes) if the 69 Penton parts and service manual's would be close enough to these bikes that it would be worth purchasing for repairs and part # identification?
