scrambles

I see that we talk of ISDE,Hare scrambles,MX and flat tracking but did anybody do any scrambling? Left,Right,maybe a jump...or was this just a South thing. I have seen Triumph,Harleys go at pretty hard on these track so much so that fuel was sent to the AMA for testing...Oh well just wondering[^]
