What is a "Six Day Replica"?

I'm looking at a 125 Penton that the owner says is a "Six Day Replica".  It has the typical Green plastic tank and side covers.  Fenders are yellow.  Apparently complete except for the stator.  Can anybody give me any insight on what it is and approximate value?  Many thanks!  Bob

  What year is it.  Send me some pictures.  Actually there is no Replica.  It is a Penton 125 Six Day.  I have seen this tagged on before.
