I'm looking to buy my first penton or early ktm.I have found a 74 Penton 250 Hate Scrambler that has been restored as the motocross version with no lights.The bad is the frame and engine are done in black.The asking price is $3800 OBO can anyone tell me if this is a high or low price.Thanks
