I have found a source in Europe for a limited number of vintage motorcyle parts manufactured in an ABS like compound which is guaranteed for 1 year of competition use in all climates (+40C to -20C).  The front fenders are close copies of the Falk Dirt Champion (but slightly wider at the front and there are several designs of the rear fender (one an exact replica of the German Sachs works bike fender from 76-79). The export version of the Falk Dirt Champion rear fender with the round light hump will be available in February. It is also possible to get exact copies of the PP Mudders in this same material.  These parts are of exceptional quality, able to withstand tremendous abuse and remain fully functional.  They are made in red, blue, white and yellow and in a glossy PE material for those who do not require the ABS durability for competition use (see the front mask picture).  The photos are posted to the Penton Restoration Group on Yahoo in the Photo section under Cappy's parts.
