Nice bikes.
Just make sure you don't use the forward swingarm hole. The earlier models had 4 holes. Only use the hole one back from front or you will crack swing arm. Don't sit on bike with side stand down. You will crack the swing arm mount. Be sure all engine mounts are tight and that the bottom mounts are flush with frame before tightening. If need be you can shim it. Otherwise you will crack the engine cases. The USA models were basically the same bike from 1976-77 and the so called 78 models were left overs from then. A true 1977 model had a forward engine mount and some had the forward swing arm shock mount hole eliminated. Parts are not the easiest to find. You can get some from overseas.  I have tank decals for sale ( repro ). The USA Hercules were color coded. The 1976-77 models were as follows: GS125/7a = Blue, GS175/7a = Orange, GS250/7a = Red, GS350/7a ( 255cc ) = Metallic Green
Some body parts are available in Canada ( repro ).

Just my 2 cents worth, I had a 1977 175 Hercules and it was one of the best bikes I ever owned. It was fast, handled nice, looked great and was super reliable. I would love to find one in restorable condition. Too bad they faded off the scene. I remember going to the local Honda dealer in the 80's, he also carried Hercules and seeing left over 125's for around 500 dollars.
