Cables for my 74 Jackpiner

Ok, I've spent the last few days trying to get ready for the big ride in Okla. in March and I've seen the route we're riding (100 miles the first day) and decided I need to replace all the cables on this old bike.  Anyone have a favorite source?  The orginals are in decent shape and I'll save them, but I want new ones for the ride, nothing like snapping a clutch or brake cable 50 miles from nowhere.  I want good cables, they don't have to be period correct or anything.
