Tank Stickers

I've got some new stickers from Al to put on my Jackpiner tank.  Should I just use the old soapy water mist on the tank to get them set or install them dry?

I install the stickers dry.  If you are using the full length Penton stickers, I start at the back of the tank and work my way forward using a heat gun when I get to the front of the tank.  By using the heat gun, you end up with no wrinkles when you go around the front of the tank.  I also use a plastic trowell to smooth and get the any air bubbles out.
