Steel Tank, New observation of small detail.

I wondered if any of you have ever seen this original factory sticker that I found on a 1970 model.
I have a "frame only" that still has nice original paint on it, number V2308.
The reason I ask is, I think it would be rare to discover unless you had a nice original frame that had never been abused because the sticker is made from light weight paper. Looks like it would easily blow off if it was ever hit with a power-washer, or maybe even a garden hose. And the lettering would probably have wiped off if it was in contact with gasoline.
It is placed on the right hand side of the 1 1/2" square frame tube that runs from the rear engine mount, up to the top/back bone tube. You would'nt find it there on a 1971 model because it is right about where they added the triangular gusset above the top-rear engine bolt.
It is 1 1/4" x 1 3/4 ", Black letters on white background and says-

I can't read the , but I would guess that would be "Austria" eh?

My '71 ISDT still has a paper sticker on the sterring head that is worded similar to that. Has come off yet.
