Speed Channel last Tuesday

Did anybody happen to catch the Brad Lackey feature last Tuesday on the Speed Channel? Very good film footage, interviews, etc. Even showed the rubber dove taped to his crossbar. He said when he was trainning with the Czech team they would take their seat off, fill the gas tank and ride the practice MX course until the tank ran dry, then push it back to the pits. He attributes much of his success to being fit.

Now let's all make our usual New Year Resolution.... Diet, Get fit, Ride more.
