1976 penton 175cc parts????

I am a new member[just dug bike out of storage] and am trying to put back together.The reason it was put away was I think I blew the trans. last time I rode it and about 10 years ago i began taking the engine apart and then lost interest. Am not sure what is wrong and can't find anyone who knows how to work on it. I live in maryland,any help would be GREAT!
