teddy spanked me today when we redid the drag race between my
can-am 175 and his 175 penton.  [B)] he CHEATED!!! he got it dialed in much better than he had it at portland. and it beat my bike three times. kinda surprised me. now i gotta figure out how to modify my rotary valve intake to accept a reed valve like his. thats GOTTA be the difference. at least i wrapped up the cross country championship.  lew mayer kept me honest all year tho. see ya all at barber...    chijer

It's simple, get a Penton engine with reed valve and Lectron carb and put it in your CanAM and spank everyone in the Historic class!!! Or better yet, just get an MC5 Penton and sell that foreign bike.
